dont know if any of you do the Iso latereral hammer strength rows ( kinda like bent over dumbell rows, but on a machine).I do them one arm at a time like dumbell rows..
well yesteday i did a personal best...
started with 3plates x15, then 4x12 , 5x8 , 5 and a 25 for 6 and finaly 6 for 4.
i didnt use straps till 6 plates because by then my grip was SHOT!.. i was real real happy..
next week im dropin back down to 4 plates and going for reps. once i can hit 4 for 3 sets of 15 i will try go heavy again.

Congrats, That is pretty damb good. I know exactly what machine your talking about. The best I have done is 3plates x 15, 4x10, 2 set of 5x6. I have to start using straps once I get to 4plates(I need to work on my grip). Do you ever go wide like bent over barbell rows, it really works the rear shoulder and lower trap, but I can't go nearly as heavy.

Yea, I usually stick to the same thing you're doing and then go for bent over barbell rows. I only go wide on hammerstrength when I'm being lazy and don't want to do a extra exersize.
damn garilla, good job, Im still on puss weight, before i jacked up my shoulder I did 2 1/2 3, but now I do a whopin plate and 25. but thats ok, I will get back, I am just working hard to lean down, so lots of reps, low weight, and super slow for me. I am liking it though.Still getting a good burn, and still sore the next day. Nice to have a change every once in awhile.

I had a new personal best today.
I actually made it into the parking lot of the gym before turning around and going home and back to bed.
I think by the end of the year, I'll actually open the front door to the gym.
