well, I was a Construction Project Manager up till today......business was slow and we had a layoff.

Are you guys sure you want to work in Construction? :confused: It's not the best situation out there right now but could be I guess?

I am looking for an office job either in construction or construction related. It really suxx seeing I just got a new truck a few days ago.....oh well. so is life.

sorry to hear about the layoff man.I know that has to be tough.But I run a rather small company so mosly I just need workers and sub-contracters.Someone else might know something in the upper scale side of it.

Not too worried. I have excellent references from everyone I work with and work for. I already have an interview scheduled for Monday and 5 or 6 strong possibilities with competitors to the firm I just left. Not sweating this yet.....

I know this is a little late, but we have a few openings as draftsmen in our company. I guess it would be the technical side of the construction industry. We are a local steel fabricator. Some AutoCAD experience is a plus. Some idea how to read a blueprint is also a plus.
