Started working out again and my left arm is a lil smaller than my right.
Anyone out there that can tell me a good concrete way to get the size back up?

That is pretty normal. You have two options: 1)Work your weaker arm more, or 2) always start with your weaker arm and then only do the same amount with your stronger arm.

don't work your right arm until your left catches up. this gives me motivation work on my left arm hard and heavy so my right will not atrophy.
