I keep getting the blue screen of death when I try to shut down or re-boot my machine and this is what it says just below the line that tells me there is a problem. My OS is Windows XP Home edition and is up to date with Norton so I am lost. Anyone have some suggestions? :(

most of the time blue screens are bad hardware related. Sometimes there is some files listed (*.sys) on the right hand list at the bottom.. the .sys file listed is usually related to a peice of hardware causeing the problem.. removing the hardware can resolve th ebluescreen 50% of the time... also bad drivers can cause this as well.... either way good liuck.

I've tried uninstalling all kinds of shit but it does no good. :( If it is a hardware problem, I don't have a clue what it could be because everything is working fine and not giving me any trouble. :o

I have never installed any hardware since I bought it other than replacing the power supply a little over a year ago.

kevin do me a favor, go into the system properties, and make sure you are setup for a memory dump.
right click my computer
properties
advanced
startup and recovery
check automatically restart
under write debugging information, make sure complete memory dump is selected
and check overwrite any existing file
then next time it crashes, email me the memory.dmp file

check the event log for any events
update all your drivers, or if you've recently updated some, select an older driver
