View Full Version : Woot!
Turned the key, and the starter jumped to life in the Crow today! :D
Also got the rear back and it's ready for action.
Now - I Just have 1000 little things I need to do and it will be on the street!
What is the saying? The last 10% of the work takes 90% of the time? :o

That's awesome!!! Congrats man!
Thanks guys! It's going to be driven a lot on the street, but it won't have A/C or heat. So, it's kind of a 'track-car' that will still get over 20 mpg. :D Stock cam for now, just pulleys, exhaust, and juice.
Who know's what it will run. As it is, it will have the same mods as my Z28 did, but at the very least - a 100 dry shot. And - hopefully be about 800 lbs lighter. :) Best time the Z28 ever ran was a 7.24 on motor. Guess we'll just have to find out! :D

Using one of the goofy ET/HP/Weight calculators, it should run mid 6s NA.
He'll have to call the FAA before using the nitrous. ;)

TH 350. The 4L60E would have been nice with OD, but once you start having issues with them, it never ends. So I sold the one I had and got this one. It's built and was a great deal.
My next big hurdle(money wise) is a TC for it.

No, we still need to wire the fuel pump relay - and I've got a couple of little things to do with the fuel lines. Plus - the tank needs gas... lol Gotta shore up some vacuum lines and get my MAF back from JOHN that's in the wagon.

From the pics you have posted, I am infatuated with this car. Can't wait to see it run.
