Obviously, I'm trying to put on some size. I'm trying to eat pretty healthy. I'm not a big carb watcher (although maybe I should be). I've been focusing on getting a lot of protein and not too much fat. My main question is how many calories should I be trying to consume. I don't want to eat junk just to make a lot of calories. All this only added up to 2037 calories. Should I be eating more? I know the lunch wasn't good for me, but I kinda consider lunch a wild card. Let me know what I should be eating and how many calories, etc. THANKS!!!
