I'm starting this week on my new diet/workout plan. I'll be woofing down around 175g. of protein each day, taking my normal supplements (Vit. C, glutamine, creatine, multivitamin) and will be starting a 2-3 week cycle of M1T. Then to top it all off, I'm quitting smoking too! Talk about a lot going on! OH, I neglected to mention I'll be working out vigorously as well. I bought a tape and took measurements yesterday and weight/bf%. I'll be documenting my progress and hope to see some real improvements. I can definitely say my starting point is pretty embarassing!! :D I'm pretty thin right now (155.5) and let's just say my calfs are bigger than my biceps!! LMAO!!! :D I'll keep everyone posted!

hahahhahaaha....shadddup!! :D j/k... My lower half has always been naturally bigger. (Insert dirty joke here...) I've never had much of a chest or arms, and that's CERTAINLY on my list! Hopefully, you'll actually be able to SEE a difference for yourself! :D

I started at 152lbs a few months ago. Keep with it Doug. Dont quit going!
Good luck with your new routine.
BTW, you will probably see a lot of weight gain in the first 1.5 weeks on M1T. Don't get too excited though becuase it will mostly be water. I gained 15lbs in 15days.

To be honest, I'm not near as interested in how much I weigh, or how much I lift etc. as I am in how it looks on me. The weight/ measurements are just a way for me to actually track my gains. I could care less how much I weigh, I just have a certain image in my head of how I'd like my build...

I'll gain some weight just from eating a little bit more/better. I've weighed as much as 177 before (the most I've ever weighed) but it wasn't muscle at all... my skinny ass w/ a potbelly! hahaha! I was about 170 about 3 months ago, but lost some weight when I was off work. I think consistently eating and working out will do wonders for me... :D

Hey Greg, how did you manage to stay so lean while putting on your mass? I've been told that I would pretty much have to mass up then cut down later. Look at my diet post and let me know if I'm screwing up!

To tell you the truth, i dont worry about what i eat. Your diet looks great, just need to consume more! A lot more!
I eat everything, to include junk food. I consume about 4300-5000 cal. a day. I do have a very fast metabilism though. Always keep food around you.
I stay cut by hitting the fuckin gym everyday like rabid dog! haha I mix low reps and high reps. My body fat was measured at 8.5%. Thats a shitty skin fold though.
I weighed 180 this morning! I'm so happy. :)

Damn man!! I'm probably around 14-15% right now and (don't tell anyone) I'm no spring chicken!! :D I'm afraid a lot of that would turn to fat on me.... how long each day do you work out?? You've got to be burning some SERIOUS calories in your workout!!
Hell, I'm probably about 40%

I workout about 1 1/2hrs a day. Thats with a partner now. Im not burning many calories at this point. I just hit the weights hard and tring to convert it all while im gaining the weight fast. I have to hit abs more than anything.
If i was starting to get fat, i'd run. I use to run atleast 30miles a week for the last 5 yrs untell now. I'm going to start running again on monday to get ready for the academy.
