quite a few on here do- me, adamlx, mattb and others.

any kind of running will help. you run your ass off more in indoor it seems like to me. intervals are good- get some sprints in and stamina.

Where are you going to play? Right now I am playing indoor and outdoor. I have to agree with Michelle, you are definitely going to run your butt off! :D Make sure you do some sprint work or you'll be hating life when you start playing.

actually I have played before about a year ago but got hurt so I took some time off but I'm really out of shape especially compared to when I was Boxing and Kickboxing!!!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_2_100v.gif' alt='Boxing' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/517.gif' alt='Martial Arts' border=0></a>

I play at inwood on the weekends. on a coed team out of denton....I am in terrible shape, but I just bust ass at the game and pay for it for the next 2 or 3 days....I would personally say sprints...cause thats mainly what you are doing in indoor, most of the time anyways

The V-12 Turbo is around $45 for 50 servings. You can buy it from bodybuilding.com or the Vida Mart in Garland over by Target.

I have played for 14 years and i think Indoor will get you more in shape. I am playing indoor right now cause i can't find a outdoor team. Indoor you pretty much play offense and defense so you run your ass off. Outdoor it all depends on the position you play :D

I'm currently playing on 3 teams (2 outdoor and 1 indoor). If your goal is to be in shape for indoor....doing interval sprints is your best bet. I would try and mix in some longer distance running but short distant, sprinting stamina rules indoor. Playing shape for indoor and outdoor are very different IMO.

ie: run 10 yards, come back, run 20 yards, come back, run 30 yards, come back, run 40 yards, come back, etc.

There is so little time to recover in indoor as you are constantly moving vs. outdoor. Helps to find a team that has a decent amount of reserve players so you are not out there for the full 40 min.
