to classes now!! i got bored with my routine and hit a plateau and wasn't really losing or seeing a difference. Since i have two gym memberships- one at 24 hour that i've had since 97 and i just got one at the TI gym where i work 6 months ago.

so i started going to step aerobics, total body (like boot camp) and pilates classes to change up my routine. i am addicted now- already notice a difference in my legs and tummy after 3 weeks. love it!! i kinda overdo it, but i just like going.....so for any of the chics or even guys for that matter looking for a change, give it a try.

new routine:
Monday- run 1.5 in the am, chest/tri at lunch and hour of step at night
Tuesday- step at lunch, back/bi at night, then pilates class after
Wednesday- run or sleep in in the am, hour step at night
Thursday- hour step at lunch, legs/shoulders at night
Friday- day off or run in the am
Saturday- hour of step, possibly start weights cycle again (chest/tri)
Sunday- off or run/cardio
