Strength wise and looks wise.
Strength and size, my weaknesses are my back and my calfs. I'm going to hit both today at the gym.
My strong points are my triceps and my sholders.
Back days are no fun. Anyone else have an area they hate to workout?

I hate to workout period..but I've decided to start working out to shave a few pounds, plus I'm starting to not like the way I look! Started working out last week and i'm starting to get my endurance back! I used to run Cross country in high school! I was able to run 12 miles non stop back in high school..now I have problems running 3!
<-----used to be 135 lbs....Now weigh 145 lbs!

anything concerning legs!
Id say my week areas, are chest, and my mid section"abs"
I have just never really been able to develope my chest, its not small by any means, but not as big as I would like. I do think I am pretty proportianate, and that is what I think really counts.
My goal for the next month is strait cardio, and diet, and try and lean down some.
I unfortunatly pulled a muscle in my shoulder, and cant really do anything, I am gonna give it a good solid month to heal, and just do cardio.
my body needs a good rest, by then I can continue to hit it hard, and maybe get some good gains by the end of the summer. I want to stay below 195 though. Right now I am at 187, if I can loose about 5 more pounds on my cardio kick over the next few weeks I will be happy for when I start my resistance training again.

legs is my strongest. just did 590 squat last friday for 5 clean reps and 1 shit rep. but chest is by far the weakest part of me. I am stuck on 225 for about 6 or 7 months I lifted 315 1 time and have not been able to do that again. :(

My shoulders and back, not necessarily weak strength wise, just fragile. I always seem to screw my shoulders up doing too much on bench, then I got my back pretty messed up in football.
im 5'7" 300lbs.. you decide:)
Sounds like more than me, but I have heard from some that you are a monster.

i dread legs/shoulders day. I dread doing squats, but don't mind the rest of my leg workout. I hate running as well.
I also can't seem to get much definition at all in my back, no matter how hard i try. and the stupid area on the chest, just near the underarm that some of us chics have.....it just never goes away!! love my arms, those are easy.

Okay seriously, My lower abs, my delts, I feel that my tris outshine my biceps, and I want bigger traps. I would like to have the nice sweep of big quads but, my knee prevents me from hitting the legs really hard.

Weakness it would be my biceps. I know Im weird but I hate working them.
Strength would be bench and deadlift. As far as looks...dont get me started as to whats wrong.

Strengths- legs
weakness- upper body
I've been off of my workout regiment for about 2 months and just got back into lifting last week, needless to say, I'm down a lot of weight on everything, but I know it will come back quick.
Another thing is the fact that my upper body (mainly my arms) look small for my torso size until I get the pump going and about half way through my workout I get MUCH larger. Oh well, guess it make me look like the underdog until I get pissed ;)

I'd say my strength is my legs. They are just naturally big, which helps. Just the other day, some guy at work said something about my calves looking "ripped" when I walked...
My weakness... other than the love handles, would definately be biceps.
I do back/bi on the same day, and always do all of my heavy back work first. I get to my bi's and it feels like I'm hitting them hard, but I don't seem to see a difference as the weeks go by.
I've lost a good 10-15 pounds in the past 2 months (depending on when I get on a scale), but I've been slacking on the heavy lifting. Going to school and then working in the heat all day really make you tired. I've got some good goals set for myself, and hopefully I can hit them by December... I can't wait to get back to school in August when all I have to worry about is homework and the gym :D

I would have to say my shoulders. i dislocated my right one in HS during a wrestling match and have developed arthritis in it. As a result I have a hard time working my shoulders and my bench press has gone down drasticly. But my bench could be a result of just resently (3 weeks ago) starting to workout again after a 15 year hiatus.
