No worries.. I am always game for a race.. No matter what.. but here lately I have been struggling with building boost on the tree in a short enough time.. but I think I have that nailed down too.. I am always at Kennedale on Friday nights no matter what..

Brooks bring it out to Ennis on Labor day morning. I'm off work and I want to get alittle T&T for FFW. Maybe we can line them up out there. You need to take it out to the 1/4 mile anyways to see what it can do anyways :D

Yeah.. I think we did.. but that was 1 converter and a few trannys ago (for me that is) Now I'll be within a 1/2 a second at least.. (I hope.)

Tri-color adds character... and doesn't make it any faster or slower. Never been wrecked.. give it time.. Your hair will get into your eyes and you wont be able to see.. therefore YOU will hit the wall...It won't matter if I hit the wall.. I will be 5 miles ahead of you - You'll have plenty of time to stop.

sweet . And no I don't think I will be running True Street. I would have to get a bigger fuel cell and riding around for 30 miles and the damn windows don't roll down doesn't sound all that fun :D I did want to though being that I know I could be in the top 10 if not in the top 5 out there. ;) But they went through so much shit last year it seems like none had fun that was in True Street.

Never know though, I might do it for the hell of it. If I don't I will be in the Quick Ford or Fast Ford ( Bracket's) .

Buy yourself a Wideband already Bigheadracing! I have one of the AEM 2 5/8, and it works PERFECT. You won't need to go to the dyno again....besides, you can keep on top of your tuneup better.

..I have some info on a LM1 and another one that I am most likely going to get.. Once I get the tuneup finalized I almost dont even need it (the wideband) I just keep tabs on the EGT's.. It gives me a pretty good idea.. but I do want to be able to log my passes..

I have not had a problem with it yet.. knock on wood. If it does scatter.. No worries.. I expect it. 5.99 is the magic number.. If I can get 75 hp or so on this tune up I think it willdo it on a good track... Time will tell.. When is your car supposed to run?

Well, if only 24% in this forum have a car to go to the track with - and an even smaller percentage is on the list. Then, chances of you getting a race with anyone are probably only in the 2-3% range. ;)

No way to Thursday better known as rice night! He said Saturday would be good but I told him I would be out of town then so he said to call him Wen. and he would see if he could slide me in and get it done. When I call him back, I will ask about going to the track Friday with us.

Oh and you better check to make sure that boost controller goes past 55% still. It might be rusted and will not turn past 55%. You might want to see if it goes to 75 just to make sure. Oh and then I will turn mine on. (jk) It's funny I am talking trash to you with a car you basically built. I better go back and check all the bolts!

He just said to call him Wend. to see how his schedule looks. I am thinking it would be Thursday or Friday. Even if it is Thursday I am going to see if he wants to come to the track on Friday to help. We"ll see, he might not even be able to untill next week. I am half tempted as long as the tune comes out good, buying some 11.5's and running that 10.5 race at Redline on Oct.30th. I would have to fix that brake line and get the front end set up before but thats no big deal. Oh and add some weight.
