what are some good tricep workouts?

Skull crushers-lay flat on your back with a curl bar or tricep extension bar with your arms extended upwards, and slowly bring your hands down to your forehead or over the top of your head keeping your elbows pointed toward the ceiling then bring the weight back up.

Or just plain tricep extension. Standing up, extend your arms upward with either dumbells or an extension bar (curl bar will do as well); and lower the weight behind your head, then bring it back up keeping your elbows perfectly immobile.

also add in some cable push downs

I'd say 2 warm up sets with cable pushdowns
then 2 sets skull crushers
and 3 sets overhead french press, or as ruffdaddy called em, "tricep extensions" (you can use the cable for this too if you like)

This is from David Hawk's Routine - moderate weight 8-12 reps

Good old fashion dips work great for me. I like doing exercises using my own body weight. I also do cable pull downs and tricep presses. http://www.thepumpingstation.com/tricepbench.gif

I like cable pushdown and dips. I do dips as my last exercise, 3 sets to failure and then negatives.

close grip bench press and skullcrushers are 2 of the best
