I was wondering if any of you guys have tried The natural sterol complex by universal, and if it worked. I haven't used many supplements and when i do its creatine or protein, so im not sure what this stuff does. I'm jsut trying to get my bench up to 350 from about 310 by october. Thanks for any input.

Have not tried it, but I am currently taking Universal Animal Stack. I like the results that I have seen so far. If your looking into Universal products I would recomend Animal Stack stacked with Animal Test. Both are strong alone, but if you stack them you should have very good gains.

stear clear of Universal products. Can't remember which board it was but they were pointing out the negative effects of animal stack and othe products. Pretty much what was being said was that stuff turns to estrogen and voila! you can get gyno.

That's because they work. I agree there are side effects(sometimes), but just like M1T(that everyone is raving about) once your cycle stops you need to take a anti-estrogen. You can not have a miracle product that gives you tons of gains without any side effects(there are exceptions). These types of products are the closest thing to steroids. The are technically not a steroid because of the chemical construction but have conversion rates into the actual steroids. That is why they work so well. Plus not everyone has side effects. It is usually people that naturally have a very low hormone level, don't workout like they should, and cannot deal with the overload the chemicals supply to the body. I mean people that take these products and complain about the side effects usually don't know what they are doing or how to prevent/reduce the risk of them. If they read the warning lable on any Prohormone/Probolic/Anabolic product they warn you of the side effects that "could" happen. You don't know exactly how your body will react to any one product untill you try it. You just have to know the way to best prevent any side effects and get the most out of any one supplement.
