I am having trouble shedding a few inches off of my mid section. My arms, legs and chest are ok but my damn gut is pissing me off, any input is greatly appreciated.

try a diet change
watch your calories, eat high protein, low saturated fats, and low carb, when i say low carb, i mean stick to complex carbs, and fruit based sugars only, and stay under 100g of carbs a day, less if you can stand it.
You'll notice a leaning effect.
you'll notice that is the last place the fat hange around. Hardest to get rid of.
Eat lean and do cardio man. It'll happen if you dont' give up!

Thanks guys, Im just frustrated because I can get everything else to tone and grow but cant put a dent in my midsection.

Cardio! and lots of it. :cool:Yup. Hit the treadmill hard a few times a week. If one you can use is adjustable try a higher degree of incline(like running uphill) to burn way more calories that running on a flat level surface.
