Convertible Care

I just got my car TODAY! My second 5.0 but my first convertible. Is there any special way to keep my top in good condition or is soap and water all it takes??

All I've ever used is soap and water, just like the rest of the car gets. What color top is it? I've had white, tan and black, all look fine with just normal washing.

do not EVER use Armour All or anything like that on it. It looks great, until it rains, then you can't see shit out the windows!

wow thanks a lot! i had thought about doing just that too. it's white with tan top and tan leather. i love it, cruisin the streets pickin up girls!
