I just bought some used aluminum Centerlines. They don't look like they have any rust on them, just a little dirty. What would clean them up and make them look their best?

And I've got a set of chrome Cragar S/S's that I'm going to be selling when I get the Centerlines put on. They have a little rust on them. What would I use to clean them up and maybe even get rid of the rust?
