Car Security Ideas

Anyone have any creative car security ideas??


Something like electric shock for some thief trying to break into your car.....or maybe something with a pepper spray trigger that will spray one of these fuckers when they get in your car.


just searching for any ideas....even dreams.


Of course the best security would be a midget inside my truck with a 12 gauge....the search is on.

i will be installing strobe lights in the a/c vents to go off when the alarm is triggered.

it isnt a perfect idea, but it is cheap, and effective at night.

Just get one of those alarms that comes with a pager, the pager notifies you when your alarm is going off and I "think" the range is 1/4 mile.

Electric shockers and pepper spray aren't good ideas, just imagine if you had an accident and you had to be cut out. Those firefighters would probably let you die after getting sprayed in the face or shocked.

The pager alarms work great, mine goes well over a 1/4 mile in open air but when walls come into play it's drastically decreased. It also will work inside of the mall as long as you don't go too far in.

The best defense though is not to tempt thieves. Don't leave anything valuable in sight and don't leave your car where it's concealed (park between two big trucks for example).

The pepper spray is just a dream....more than likely get me before it ever had a chance to F up a thief.

There are alarms you can get that will page your cell phone when your alarm gets triggered.
