He probably skipped over the LT1 because they're about on the same level as the 4.6 GT he skipped :)

I would chalk up another vote for an MKIV Supra...kmon guys...You honestly can't qualify Supras as rice.

I dont consider Supras rice (nor do most people that know what they are talking about). Rice is a Civic with a fart pipe and neons. Hell a Chevy Cavalier with the same is more rice than any supra. There is a reason he said "rice...lol" in the poll...because he was talking about civics, not Supras.

What are you guys thinking of when you vote "old muscle cars".

Most of that old stuff is just restored and stockish and usually pretty slow. The only old stuff that scares me are the big tire old cars and the stuff thats obviously a race car, like that orange 69 camaro that showed up at the garland gtg.

I didn't fear any car in the mighty Hatch..... I whipped up on everything that came my way, even the 2 bikes that wanted to play from a 50mph punch. Honda 954 and some other one...

Exactly.....The foxbody cars put EFI cars on the map. Where else can you find a bigger aftermarket for a performance vehicle? You either like them or you like to hate them.

I voted the 03/04 Cobra, and seem to be one of the only ones who feels this way. I have just seen a lot of people doing nice things to these cars in Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords, and can see them being really fast.

LOL.... old rumbling muscle cars are leading

<--owns an old rumbling "big block" pontiac muscle car

Honestly, the cars I see that are fast seem to be the small blocks with EFI and turbos or superchargers running outrageous boost (or guys running huge nitrous systems) in a light body. Also can't leave out the odd LS1 that's been worked over.

I have no fear! I dont care what you run. If I had to choose it would be "Old Muscle" or "Early Iron" is what I like to be referd as.;) I have an old heavy car with a small block. You never know what old cars run.

Late model car's (Ls1's, FoxBodie's) are so predictable. I can sit at the starting line and tell you exactly what a car run's even if they no time it. Ask Sam, he'll tell you.

My car is pretty quick most of the time. Sometime's it run's 7.40's and sometime's 7.30's and it's even been known to go 7.0's a time or too. All in all "Early Iron" is what I consider as a muscle car. Thats why I like to race them the most, not fear them!
