[Futurama]

well since the weather looks good and all the holidays are over for a lil while, i expect to be at kdale finally on a sunday, bout time, between work and rain its been a lil while.

so i will be out there trying to make some passes

anyone else coming ??? musclestang89? mach1redlighter?
anyone know if beenfetchedlately will be on hand making sure track prep is where it needs to be??
im sure im not the only one with a schedule that makes sundays the only race day, so post up people!!!

I would be out there, but I'm going out to Denton Sunday morning for the TMCCC, alittle bracket racing. If you like bracket racing come out there. There sure is alot of older cars out there.

racing at kdale on sundays suck for cars that need traction, i will never question people bitching about needing track prep again :(


but i did see turbostang break off a peice of whupass on a viper :) damn that car is a sleeper!

i will still keep going, but just to watch. the prep is not for people that have a decent amount of torque and want a good 60ft to get the best et possible

The Prep is the same we do everyday. Just dont expect some good times when there is only a night full of street tires out there. Only thing i could tell you is to get some more suspension work and come early on in the night. After about 2 hours theres nothing you can do.

Poor poor viper.. I let him go about 80-100 ft. Then I let 'er rip.. I went around him like he was chained to a tree.
I found out after that pass that I had the wrong tuneup loaded and the car was waaaaaaay rich... not to mention that my trans decided to blow some fluid out of the vent again.

I did, however, qualify #1 in Quick 8 Street Car. :eek: To bad it was a bad pass.

Sleeper?
A car with a 10 point cage is a sleeper?
It only went a 7.0 at 98.When is it going to wake up?:p

The viper drove to the track and didnt smoke when he let out at the end......which would %99 of you would like to own as a vehicle?

I ran at 6pm and actually got a bog (launched at around 2k), next 2 runs were at 7 and 8pm, got a little froggy with rpm (3k) and spun off the line.

I can't "wake it up" till I fix the trans leaking issue... It don't matter if it smokes or not.. The Viper still got OWN3D!!!!
