I'm just curious if they do. I haven't been to Denton that many times to see if they do. And the times I was going there was no need for race gas. But I run my car off 112 that I usually get at Kennedale. I'm just makeing sure they do casue my dad is taking my car out Thursday and he will be needing to put some gas in it. If not where can I buy it at? I think Speedtek in Hurst sells it but I'm not for sure.

not to try and hyjack the thread, but a buddy that bought fuel at kennedale was fuel tested at the div race by the nhra, he failed the test due to regular unleaded being in his race gas. he bought that fuel at kennedale. maybe that is why it is cheaper.

That doesn't sound very cool, if this is true that could cause someone with high compression some serious problems.

I was out there one night when Bryan's fairmount was having trouble. It turned out to be water in the gas that he bought from K-Dale. But Kennedale is the only place that I have bought race gas from. I wonder if it will run alittle better with someone else race gas.
buy your own barrel, it will be cheaper that way.

its the best way to buy gas.
my buddy ran a stock eliminator car , so at least he wasnt running 14:1. he said he was going to have a "talk" with the track crew. he was more ticked off about having to buy all new fresh gas, drain his fuel system and flush out the old stuff. and refill with fresh racing gas. nhra is rather picky with fuel testing

also I was wondering, since Denton extented the starting line can you see your times now? I know before you would pass it and never know what you ran till you picked up the timeslip. I haven't been back since it has been extented.

Yep you can see what you ran if you look fast enough, but yes after they added the 1/8 mile the the starting line it was kind of hard to the the dial-ins in the brackets since the boards were 1/4 mile away, so the track moved the boards closer and i want to say that they are about 100 to 150 feet pasted the finish.
