At redine anyway,actually been a little quicker one other time,but I don't want to hurt any bodys feelings,could of easily gone 60's last nite but I had The paxton powered stang covered so I got out of the bottle going to third,thats why the mph was so low(103).I came real close to a 1.4 sixty & again I think it took a toll on my poor 10 bolt,anyone want to invest 1500.00 in a T/A for some seat time for a 12 bolt?I had just seen the stang run a 6.77@85 mph so I new he had more,& to his credit it was a crazy race,we were the last pair of tnt cars before 1st round of koth and I guess the girl in the box got excited & changed the tree,to both our suprise we got a pro tree we both slept but I figured it out .100 secound sooner than he did he was close at mid track but fell off I think the heavy ass T/A suprised him a little,I thought he would be down there wanting a rematch but he loaded it up,maybe next time. 6.70 @103 but believe me there is a lot more. DON'T HATE !!:cool:

Yes the weather was definatley playing a big factor in the NEW BEST tonight! DMCRacer got another new best tonight too. That car is haulling major ass to be a N/A Ls1. Congrats to the other two who got there's too, Good night for racin.

The blue Nova looked just like mine. He had chrome bumber's mine are flat black.
As for the head wind, not much of a facter. I have went my best ET in my truck with 25 mph head winds in a lot hotter weather.

I have to admit that it was a fluke and I will probably never duplicate it again.All my other passes were some 7.0s,7.teens,7.2s.I was all over the place.My mph seemed to be real low all night.I usually do about 99 or so.

That blown mustang I ran cut a 1.40 sixty but slept at the light mine was 1.50, but I was .10 ahead at the 330 mark!

Congrats to Grayhorse, Casper, & Sixgun. Reids' car was running pretty good too.

The weather wasnt exactly ideal last night. The DA was pretty good, +300 ft. But the humidity was 82% and barometric pressure was a low 29.98. The 15mph headwind didnt help. I never did get a dead hook last night. Still managed a new best. The AMS custom grind cam and CMarsh custom tune is working out great. The rest of the motor is a stock LS1, naturally aspirated.

I am taking the SS and the S10 out to Redline this Wed. for some much needed tNt on the S10. I hope to have an alchohol carb on it by then.
The SS is recieving the old converter I took out of it and a new Flywheel at the same time. I hope to break in the 7.30's again. I thought my old man drove my car out to KOTH when I saw that other blue nova there. Lot's of good racing Sat night so I hope to be back in the scene real soon.
