I have 1 copperhead that i have had for about a year, and my girl has told me that i have to get rid of it, so im asking 50.00 for it and a 10 gallon tank, with a lock on top, the snake is about 1 foot long or more i havent really measured it b/c it is so poisionious, so let me know if there is anybody out there that like exotic pets, it is a OBO. THANKS

Unless you are a licensed Herpetologist, poisonious snakes are illegal to house in Texas. This is going to be hard to sell, especially since copperheads are pretty abundant in Texas.

Just an FYI. Wouldn't want you to get in trouble for something as silly as owning a copperhead.

i dont really care about haveing a licence for what ever that is, it was eather killing it or keeping it so that i know that it will not bite my family. so i kept it, b/c i hate killing helples animals that dont know better. i think that you should have the right to have whatever kind of snake you want poisonious or not, as long as you have the balls to catch them. but thanks for the fyi
