I have a 97 Cobra, and the head lights are getting a little foggy, it does not seem to be just the outside, it seems that the inside is a little foggy also. I got some plastic cleaner, scratch remover, and it seemed to help a little, but not much, you could feel the diffrance in the texture of the lens afterwords though.

Any ideas on what to do to get them to look back to new condition.

I saw a post about wet sanding them, but dont know how, or what that is, if some one could explain a little on this please, or any other ideas

Use 1500-2000 grit wet sandpaper. Then you need plastic polish to bring the shine back. I have used a buffer with swirl remover to get the shine back as well.
