I am not sure... If I had to guess I would say that it is locked to AT&T but I am not 100% sure of that.

Dont have a car charger for it but it does have the home charger with it.

I wierdly got one for free in the mail the other day......
I gave it to my pops because I picked up the t-610.
I am pretty sure the phone you have is the sucessor to the t68-i.

I am pretty sure that it is the sucessor to the T68i but I didnt get it for free. I bought it from a friend for my wife. She looked at the picture on the front of the box and said she didnt want it because it wasnt a flip phone.
