I used to be able to make good Smoothies like they make at the Factory . . . but I forgot everything they used. I just happened to remember Honey, but I forget the rest. Who knows what they use?

I guess it would depend on what you want. They put protien, bananas, pinapple, honey, amino acid, and ice. I think that is about it. That, I think is what is in the "After Workout". Anything else, I'm not sure.

Since I'm hittin the mall tommorow, I hope the new mall in frisco has one.
