It's two hours of emotional turmoil and reflection. There were times when I just wanted to go to the car and bawl. My wife cried from the Temple Accusation scene on to the resurrection.

i saw it tonight. never have i seen a movie with violence portrayed to this extent. i guess what got me going is the fact that everything that happened in the movie, happened in life.:(

That's why I'll wait 'til it comes out on DVD!
Something I particularly liked was how it emphasised he was still a man. Son of God yes, but still just an "Average Joe".
A lot of my perceptions of Jesus are still the Sunday School version when I was 6. Now that I'm an adult I find I can appreciate a much deeper perspective of who he was.
