yes it's semi. i used to have one way back in the day (96 sih i think) really fun guns, super durable and accurate. i free floated my stock and painted it. then traded it at a gun show for a mnt bolt action marlin .22 and some cash :D highly recommend this rifle.

I used to have one of those. They are a great plinking gun. It's great knowing that you can buy 500 rounds for $8.00.
