need virtualdub 1.2

need virtualdub 1.2 can't have any version higher... what i am trying to do is convert an .asf file to mpeg...
i know virtualdub 1.2 will convert to avi then i will use tmpg to convert to mpeg...

i have vir. dub 1.5.10 but not sure how to get it to ya. you have a ftp for me to upload it to?

edit... sorry just saw that you can't use anythign higher..

yeah i can't because stupid windows doesn't allow conversion of asf to anything.. damn nazi bastard... but i wish i was bill gates... well had his money atleast
