Yall are all right, what a fat ass. He is a turd. Granted I am preaty portly myself, but he couldnt lift shit, and we had to take 10 minute breaks inbetween sets.
I do think I lost 10 pounds though, and I can see my neck fat melting away.

how is that working out for you? still hitting chest with us on sat?
i changed up doing my back routine abit. i am using my straps as little as possible... i didnt use straps on iso rows last night till i hit 5 plates.. then i used the straps. trying to grow my puny forearms.. this also causes me to keep my form VERY VERY strict

It's convenient, but this gym sucks. It doesn't have several of the machines, like the tricep rack and the Hammer row, that I am used to. I suppose they were sacrificed to make room for the pool.:rolleyes: Saturday is still up in the air, I really need to get the car fixed and don't need to risk being stuck Sunday night without having it back together.
As for the straps, get rid of the wife and you'll see tremendous growth in your forearms.;)
my guns are a little sore today, but my hands and forearms are killing me.
