Haha, I thought I was bad with the over the counter speed. You need to go run about 6 miles and get that stuff outta your system. Good luck!!! :)

guess they changed the dosage.. my Xenadrine EFX is 4 caps per day max, but then again its packed full of ephedra:)

Yeah, when I was on Hydroycut, I was up to four before each meal. That just didnt' seem right!!! Hahahaha, but it gave me lots of energy. I am on that Ripped Fuel right now and I take two and my head is spinning.

Xenadrine is twice as strong per dose then hydroxicut. Thats why I use it. I can control my dosing more.

No way! It says two capsules twice daily. And it jacks me up. This morning I took it on an empty tummy and my skin turned red, and I got real hot. Then I read the side of the bottle and it said..."May cause skin reddening and irritation if taken on an empty stomach!" Opps. I never claimed to be a smart one :( ;) But I am going back to Hydroxycut I think. I never had issues with it.
