Fred can't get his computer to connect to the internet or aol. I took a few screen prints to see if anyone could help.
We have comcast cable internet.
Our computers are both connected and its wont let me access his shared folders.
I get network path was not found.
He gets this error message when he opens Internet Explorer.
Title: Natural Language Navigation
Runtime error 91
Object Variable or with block variable not set.
We have rebooted several times.

sounds like your windows kernel might have been corrupted. It will probably save you time to just rebuild the whole thing from scratch. Don't forget to move your data.

close everything on comp
unplug cable modem for at least 30 sec
plug back in
wait for all lights
3rd one is data transfer
Cat cable in back of comp, make sure it's lit up
run a winipcfg
realease info
renew info
Hope this helps

two quick things to check..
make that sure that this is checked
tools->internet options->advanced tab->Disable Script Debugging
and
tools->internet options->advanced tab->Display a notification about every script error
is unchecked.
if not you might have some corrupt dll's.
check your network settings for the connection issue. Did it work before and all of a sudden stop working or did you change something?
