I decided to build a 398" motor for the TA. It will be a 6.0L block, .030, 3.9" stroke crank, 6.125 rods. 10.5:1. I'm still undecided on the cam, but am leaning toward a small solid roller. The heads are getting a 2.05 valve with some more porting. I'm hoping to run some mid 6's at the cars current weight NA....then a small shot will go on. It has a good rear..8.8 and I just had the tranny rebuilt a month ago with good stuff. It should be a fun street car....and turbo killer:)

I ordered all the stuff from Hans last week, so in a months or so the short block should be done. I'm then going to look at what intake to run. That new FAST intake looks to be decent, but not all that I thought it would be.

Add another turbo killer to your list Kirk..:)

What kind of numbers are you projecting it to put up on the dyno?

Nice. What's the cost?

It'll be nice to have some 6 liter guinea pigs lead the way. I wouldn't mind a 600rwhp LS1.
