A buddy of mine is trying to get out of his lease. The lease is up in sept., but you can continue after that if you like.
The apartment is a large 1 bedroom, with 1 bathroom, dining room, living area, kitchen, laundry room, walk in closet, patio. The bathroom is very large, with an oversized bathtub. It is on the first floor, and faces south. It has all appliences furnished, and has a tv built into the kitchen. The center has a large pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, movie room, basketball and volleyball courts.
The apartment complex is called the Wimberly, located at Plano parkway and the Tollway. Rent is $618 a month. If you are interested pm me.
