run 4 miles, do 200 push-ups, 350 sit-ups every day the run will hurt some of you at first just keep at it the push-up and sit-ups do throughout the day after meals and such. i do this everyday and im very healthy.

im in the army i dont have a choice in how long the runs is but we run in the snow (im in germany) we ran 12 miles a day for four days straight that sucked

we do pt out the chin up bar is frozen with icecicles

I use a doorsill - gives your forearms and fingers a good workout too... :D

Until the sill rips off. Maybe that only happens when you get above 200.
