Ok... here's the deal.. I used to be very active when I was a kid.. from the ages of 6-13 I had not a trace of fat on me. High school hit and well... found myself becoming lazy due to controlled substances and such... Anyways.. now i'm a disgusting "fat-body" I weigh 200 lbs. and i'm 5'9"... First thing is first... better diet, and exercise... I have some vitamins at home from vitamin world.. called Ultra Vita Man.... they are cheap as hell and the nutrional information looks a bit better than GNC's Mega Man. But I don't know if I'm wasting my money on this product when there is a better product available...Does anybody have a preference of Multis? If so, please explain why you prefer brand A over brand B and such...

Thanks
Geof

PS: Sorry if this sounds like an English/Comp.&Ret. class final exam topic....

Sometimes with supplements, you get what you pay for. Meaning, sometimes the quality is relevant to the price. I don't know about those Vita Mans. GNC's are supposed to be pretty good, at least compared to Centrum and One-A-Day. But those are even better than nothing.

I've always used Double X from Quixtar.com

I just use the Centrum Performance. Not the best, but not the worst, as long as i get my vitamins.
