Right now I do about 40-60g/day. I was thinking on stepping up to about 80-100g/day. What do you think? Benefits?
I've noticed seafood has a lot of protein, peanut butter, and chicken too. Any other foods I am missing?

beef, cheese, eggs...
It will help a lot for your health and lean mass growth if that is what you are going for. Can't believe someone eats that little protein in a day:(
Eat more meat!

I give 40-60 grams to my 8 yr old girl a day.
If you are trying to gain lean weight you are gonna need at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.

Well hell, 40-60 was a guess.
Here's what I typically eat a day:
Breakfast (around 6.30am): cereal, oatmeal, etc. fresh fruit.
Snack (~10am): fresh fruit, nutrigrain type fruit bar
Lunch (~1pm): soup and sandwich typically
Another snack (~4.30pm): almost always a sandwich
Dinner (~8pm): large variety of stuff from pasta, grilled goods, stews, etc.
That's usually about it. If I go out late... I eat more. Maybe that's more than 40-60?

Chicken and fish are your best sources.
If you do red meat, do sirlion and round steak. It is the leanest cuts.

What do you think of those Whey Protein powders? Those are good to throw in as a snack to supplement your diet, or as an after workout shake. Though, it is best to get your protein from whole food, but sometimes there just isn't enough time or food to do so.

I sprinkle some whey protein on just about everything I eat and take some before bed.

Doesn't it kinda fuck up the texture/flavor of what you're eating to sprinkle that shit on? I've thought bout it but never done it

I'll mix it in with oatmeal. I'll throw some in spag sauce and chili. Sometimes I'll put some in my water.
Sometimes use it like salt/pepper.
I'm not talking a big scoop here, but throughout the day, I bet I get an additional 30 grams (two scoops or so).
My 3 yr old has an aversion to meat products (I can't believe I'm raising a veggie head!). I probably given her an extra 20 or grams of protein by sprinkling it on her food and a little mixed in with her milk.
