Basically what it is, a vest that you toss over your torso that you can add weight to. The weights are like little cylinders. The ones I have seen are like up to 70lbs or so too.
I need this for two reasons... one for doing my dips. I have about 80lbs hooked to my belt on a chain and it's becoming cumbersome. I'd like to get that vest and max it out, then begin adding weight on a chain again. Two... I could toss on another 10lbs when I go run too.
I was wondering if anyone stocks these locally?
