Weight 187lbs :( I got some abs though. :D

I haven't deadlifted in over a year since I put a slight tear in my right knee.

I went in today and warmed up

145- 5 reps

205- 5 reps

225- 2 reps

275- 2 reps

315- 1 reps

335- 1 rep

Felt good. I felt like I could've done more but, I was getting a feel for my knee. I think if I wrapped it when I do the deadlifts it'll be just fine.

I know, i know........pretty wimpy.

Not bad for the first time after a layoff actually, keep it upand your strength will return.

Whats your BF %? I'm at 175-180 @ 10% and I gots no abs :(

I dunno what my body fat is. I look in the mirror to get my BF% :D


I got like a 4pack. I gotta find the other two cans. :D

I don't know what my BF% is at. But I weigh 196lbs and have the full 6. I don't know how to give myself the BF test.

My body is sore.........everywhere.

Deadlifting is fun.

I can't wait til' next week. Maybe I'll pull up 405 next week? ;)

Oh and JC, you better get the squat into shape too. I wouldn't want you to puss out on the squat portion of the competition....

The squat is out. I'll fail that. I got a bad knees from running on concrete every morning in the ARMY. I'll squat but, i aint going no where near horizontal.

How bout some leg curls? :D

When I bend too far just getting under the car I feel it. I tore some cartilage last year playing B-ball. :(


It's okay fool. I'm gonna make you puke on the deadlift and bench trying to keep up with me. My bench is up to 225lbs now fool!

Well, you know, the squat is part of the competition so unless you can out bench me by 175 lbs. and out deadlift me by 175 lbs. then the ZERO in the squat is going to hurt you....:)

It's okay. We're not winning any money so I see no need to bust my knee wide open and have my small intestines hanging out my anus from trying to squat 315lbs :)

Most men need to be at 7-6% body fat to show true definition in there ab area.

Oh deadlifts! Fun fun!...well to watch that is. I dont care for them much....just do them cuz Im made to .

Though I love watching the big boys deadlift. I love to see the bend in the bar as they lift. :)
