strong grip or false grip?
Because if it was a strong grip, you are average.

LOL. Are you sure, after your big back day? Sure you don't want to down some Krispy Kremes?
Tell you what, I won't even take home court advantage. PM your gym info and time.
I'll drop everything else for this.
See ya' tomorrow. Get some rest *big boy*.

In his case, he loads 5 10 lb plates, sits at the machine, yawns, stands up and takes a 5 minute break inbetween his three sets.

Are you serious?? 50lbs on each side, THAT'S IT??? I've seen women row more than that!!
We have most of the Hammer Strength machines at my gym/work. I like them, too. Especially the back ones. :D

Well now that I know what WL is talking about I think I've only seen one girl here at the UT Austin gym do that much (and she was a BIG girl!!! ). I do 3x8 @ 150lbs. about halfway through my pull workout and then another 2-3x8 @130-135 lbs.
Weak grip is only around 60-65 lbs.
EDIT: BTW, I don't know if your guys' machines do this, but ours allow you to start with your arms narrow (inside shoulder width) and pull out past shoulder width. I do this on weak grip, which makes it much harder or else I would be doing 100-110 lbs. on weak grip

I had no clue what this machine was till I went to the gym tomorrow - turns out its one of my regular back workouts ... I'm guessing weak grip would be an underhand grip instead of an overhand grip?
