Apparently at the Denton street night on November 9th... they are having a Quick 8 Competition... where the quickest cars of the night have a chance to win... $200 to the winner and $100 to the runner up.... Street Legal cars, tagged and inspected.... I might be doing some qualifying in the Camaro, but after eliminations, I might hand the driving to a friend of mine... I get too over anxious... But I will be racing out there in THE Camaro <evil grin> Just waiting for a part, but everything is looking good so far... If any of you want to match/grudge race, then let me know... I am looking forward to racing some of you guys... I will definately let you know when my part comes in... Just waiting for it from Oklahoma... :)

Hey Whiteboy... Wanna race?!!? lol :D :D :D :D :D

She said that she would be letting someone drive her car. Not the other way around.

I dont' talk to you about Glen's vette all the time, and Glen is in Houston. If you want to race Glen, I'll give you an email address that you can get ahold of him at, and I'll be sure that he wouldn't mind putting some money down on it. But you'd have to ask him about that, if you're interested in running him... as far as the vette that the dude let me borrow, that WASN'T Glen's vette - just clarifying, incase you (Chad) were confused.... We all know where you get YOUR information from... LOL

Anyway...
Breadfan - 1/8 is fun... who cares if it's nothing serious, and different strokes for different folks... but yeah, if my part comes in From Oklahoma, I will definately be racing at Denton in THE Camaro... Any takers for a friendly shoot out?

I'm sure 1/8th mile tracks have their moments, but I just don't get as excited as when I here 1/4 mile. I'll probaby end up hitting up some 1/8th mile track sometime before Ennis open back up.

Dude, that's cause you're prolly a shitty driver with a slow car :D

So... Any takers at the Track? Or will I be out there all by my lonesome?

Andrew

i will be there.i think it would be fun.hey breadfan the 1/8 is where you hone your drive skills.the 1/4 is where you show how much H/P you have.you should come out.

Have fun Andrew,,, 1/8th mile is deffinietly too short. Any money won if I can smoke the tires through the traps? I bet I can smoke them to the end ot the track through the traps into the damn shut down area if someone wants to give me some shitty tires to borrow... lol. That or buy me new nittos after these blow up lol... no seriously 1/8th mile I am sure is a blast, but since my car probably won't hook up till the traps in the 1/4 I am out... Run some good times Drew... Later:eek:

Hell, I'm just trying to get some good fun going... because once people see what's coming in from OK... It will be all over from there... So might as well start now, right? lol

So Andrew/Sneaky - you gonna run me? :)

Well, it's the Camaro, isn't it? I can't help it if you guys take it the wrong way... But in either case, still waiting on a part, but looking good so far... anyone wanna run?

1/4 and 1/8th take hp to run down them both take driving skills also. Why say you get board in the 1/8th?Im more interested i who i am racing them how long the track is.

Thats because you drive a car that barely will go single digits in the 1/8th let alone the 1/4... It takes you about the same time to do the 1/8th as it would my car with traction to do the 1/4, so if i don't have traction it sorta makes it a little boring. Does any of that make sense?

Alright damnit.. Shut the hell up Ron. LMAO How's that part lookin' for Friday? You know it's all I'm waiting on.. and that will determine if I'm racing or not :)

Why can't I pick on Mustangs? Would you rather me go to some Honda board and pick on them?

BTW.. I have Friday off now... What time are you leaving Arlington?
