Is this bad??

I had a Sprite last friday night, and i havent had one in months. All i ever drink is either water or coolaid, and ever since i had 2 cups of sprite i've felt like shit! I know its because i drank that..is there a reason why it makes me feel bad after i have one?? i know its bad for you..that could be one reason..but still i wanna enjoy one once in a while....

It could be the caffiene that's making you feel bad, but a couple of cups shouldn't have THAT big of an effect...

Thats what im thinking but that night i couldnt sleep, i have been jittery and excited feeling non-stop these past couple of days...i havnt been like this in a while!..Last time i drank a soda was...uhh whoa...a year ago?....

My bad, I don't drink sodas all that often, pardon my ignorance. In that case Sprite is just carbonated sugar-water so maybe the carbonation didn't settle well or you had a reaction to one of the preservatives or whatever. Water and skim milk are your friend.;)

I Love milk...But A couple of years ago i couldnt drink it like i used to...It makes me sick and have a reaction....like if i have ice cream...shakes,candy,pretty much anything that contains a lot of milk..i get sick...i definatly know thats not good...jsut havnt gone to the doctor yet..no medical insurance..:(

Lactose intolerant, maybe? Try taking Lactaid (I think thats it) before you eat/drink dairy products. That might help. :D

btw, the whole Sprite thing is freaky, and possibly a side effect of you being extremely odd. ;) :p

you could be having taste aversion. You could be attributing getting that sick feeling to the one thing you did different, because it was out of the ordinary. But it still could have been something you ate or other things. But you will stay away from sodas because that was what you pin it on.
