 I keep pulling my left bi-cep. How can get this thing healed?

Two weeks is not enough time to heal an injury. Stay away from any type of curls or heavy back exercises until you are COMPLETELY healed, otherwise as you've found, you'll just keep agitating your injury.

Catch 22...you're trying to build your arms, but you keep pulling them because they're so DAMN weak!!!! hahahha! It'll be ok...just step down to the 3pd. dumbells instead of the 5'ers.... :D

that sucks.

How do I know when it's completely healed? It'll stop hurting by tomorrow or friday.

take it from me.. if you hurt it .. DONT GET RIGHT IN THERE

give it some rest
and when you come back.. go REAL REAL easy..
i decided to be brave on skull crushers..
4th week back after no gym in MONTHS i loaded 175 on there and after 6-8 reps had a pain in both elbows..
now im stuck toying with 115ish on skull crushers because anything heavier HURTS LIKE A SON OF A BITCH!!.. so light weights for me for a loong time..

dont hurt it more then it already is.

Nic, I did this at the beginning of last semester going too heavy my first time back in a few weeks. It lasted at least 2 weeks and I don't even think I did that much damage. Stay off of the arms for at least 2 weeks like Aaron said.

It's highly unlikely that he pulled both ceps. He just needs to find out which unicep he hurt and then do half reps so as not to hurt the injured unicep.

LOL

LOL

...but working a single cep with half reps would still agitate a quarter of the injury. Abstinence is the best measure until he is 100% healed.:)

i told you if you kept watching all that porn on satellite, you'd hurt yourself.

just give it a rest with the right hand, and hit it with the left.
