woohoo two days and I'm back into Ketosis

Peed on the strip yesterday and BAM! nice red color. I'm a fat burning machine.


It killed me to throw the bread from my ham,egg,cheese Sonic toaster away this morning but, I did it.

Can someone clue me in on what this strip is and what ketosis is.

keto sticks are the strips he's refering to. they are a staple in the Atkins diet. But a lot of people who work out and eat a lower carb diet, use them to see when their body is burning fat as an energy source.

Ketosis is really a shortening of the term lipolysis/ketosis. Lipolysis simply means that you're burning your fat stores and using them as the source of fuel they were meant to be. you can buy the strips at most Pharmacies, just ask the techs, we keep them in the Pharmacy
