Water Spots?

Anyone know the best way to get water spots off of windows? I have heard some things but I can't quite remember. I have got some really old water spots that I can't get off as well as some other built up crap. Any help is much appreciated.. thanks!

Believe it or not a little vinegar mixed with water takes off the water spots. No, not a douche! haha! For real though, it works.
