Hey Yall,
We payed like $90.00 for this clawfoot bathtub some time ago on Ebay to restore and install in our bathroom.
Our plans have changed and we are going with a different route on the remodel.
It has the legs etc but need to be stripped or sanded down and recoated.
It is currently red. The epoxy crap can be purchased at Home Depot.
I will give this thing to anyone who wants it.
I aint dickin around an holding for two weeks etc.
If you want it come and get it asap I will help load it etc.

I would probably use it as a planter on my porch...but I'll pass. I'm not driving out to Azle without seeing it first.
Thanks, tho!

If you are going to use it as a planter what do you care what it looks like????
It is red, it is a clawfoot tub, has no holes in it or anything.
We bought it to refinish and use in our home in going with a bathroom antique style.
The thing refinished might bring $500.00 or more if done right.
If you wanted to use it as a planter, paint it the color you want and stick it wherever you want on the porch or in the yard.
If I had a diggie cam I would snap a photo but I do not and I am not going to develop some film so I can give it away.
Regards,
Stacey

Because I take great pride in my landscaping and I'm very particular. :(
I hear ya about getting film developed, though! I wouldn't do it either!
TTT for ya.
It's definately a great deal! hell, I was even thinking about painting it white and fitting it with a glass top for new coffee table in the living room. Damnit...I'm talking myself into it more and more. LOL!

You have a damn fine idea there. I may keep it now. I can actually see this thing on the covered back porch with a glasstop.
If I had a truck I would trade you for the infamous "I tapped Paris" hat.

Stace

Fill it with ice and beer. After the OU game tonight I could go for that.
I've always wanted one of these, but have no way to get it, and really no place to put it either. I can't believe no one has come picked it up from ya!!
