Ive seen 8 15's on bd1000.1 hit a 157!
Even though its refurbished, rickford fogate makes sure these amps put out more than the new ones do.
I paid 700 for my first bd1000 and it tested at 1053 watts.
The refurb one tested at 1170 watts and I have been pounding it without a problem, besides blowing speakers.
90 day warranty sucks but its better than nothing.:D

I dont know how they do.
I have ordered a couple things from them before with no problems.
There are alot of sites that sell stuff cheap but are Blemished or Refurbished products, but The Zebs gauratee is

These are some good sites. The only thing im confused about is, I went to Mobile Sound Systems and they said like 550 or 500 for 2 HX2's. but at these sites the average cost is ilke 150 a pice. Thats dang good. I just dont know how do they do it and now that i think about it i dont want to know how as long as i get them for cheap! I have like 4 people who want them now cause they can afford them now. Im probally gonna sell my solos so i can get them!!! The only problem is selling mine.
