Can N E 1 recommend a web hosting company

Does anyone have any recommendations for a web hosting company? The one I was using has expired and I did not really like them all that well. It was POW Web Hosting. It's not like I need unlimited bandwidth or space, but looking for a good deal with a good amiount of bandwidth each month.
