IRQ Sharing

I am having problems with my computer sharing IRQ's. I'm running xp pro and 6 ~ 7 devices are sharing IRQ 9. My cd-drive just recently stopped working. I've tried moving the cards around and even formatting the hard drive (4 times). Nothing has worked. Anybody know whats up with IRQ sharing?

IRQs are now automatically assigned, you SHOULDNT have any problems with sharring them?

I enabled the blue screen to come up and when it did the error was IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, so it has to be something to do with the irq's
