My computer has been virused!

When I start my computer up, I hit CNTRL ALT DEL and pull up my task manager and everytime....there is a different named program running that I shut down. I ran Spy-bot and Ad-aware 6.0 and the Spybot detected it and asked if I wanted to run the next program at start up to get rid of this "Worm/Klez.H" virus. I have run the spybot a few times at start-up and it can't get rid of this thing. Now it has been using my computer to email spam to people and I can't stop it. :mad: Anybody know how to get rid of this thing without forking out $40 bucks on virus software?
