Downloading Karaoke CD's?

I bought a Karaoke Machine a while back as a gift for someone and I was wondering if there are Karaoke CD's available for download from alternative sources. There supposed to be CD+G CD's I guess. Just trying to find a cheap way to acquire some music for it.
